Movement Workshops
This approach enables each person to work at their own level, and is of value to those involved in self-development, meditation, therapy, the arts, performance, and anyone interested in movement and body awareness.
At present, I run weekend workshops with on-going groups. If you would like me to facilitate your group, or you would like to organize a group in the UK, please contact me on:

Individual Movement Sessions
Regular movement practice can put us in touch with deep layers of wounding, trauma and pre-verbal states. I offer individual movement sessions which provide the holding needed to engage with these processes, and release the energy that is bound up in unresolved trauma. Some experience of movement is helpful to do this work.
Integrative Supervision
I offer a form of supervision that integrates movement, core process psychotherapy, trauma therapy, and attachment theory. I work with psychotherapists, dance movement therapists, trauma therapists and anyone interested in integrating body awareness, mindfulness or movement in to their work.
